(More customer reviews)I wound up purchasing this adapter from Best Buy only because I had a gift card. Ive seen several reviews for this product on the Internet that complain it doesn't work and I thought mine didn't either but for those like me that are new to Blue Tooth technology, you have to "PAIR" the IPHONE to the adapter by plugging in the adapter and then enter the setup menu for your pioneer amp. Look in the setup menu then select "Other Setup" and then select "Pairing Blue-tooth Device" it will ask for you to enter a "Pass-code" which will later be referred to as your PIN number. Once the amp and phone has gone through the pairing set up you should be good to go. None of this info was in my amp or adapter users manual, The so called GEEK SQUAD didn't know how to set it up and suggested it was my IPHONE that was at issue. SHAME ON PIONEER for not providing instructions. Once it's set up it works great. It should however be a little cheaper. I would've given it 5 stars if the instructions were provided.
