(More customer reviews)I picked this mount up on black Friday when it was running a significant price drop. All that said, I'd have gladly paid full price for this. The motor can be a bit louder than I'd care for, but in general while the TV is moving you aren't paying that much attention to the TV. I especially love that it can automatically turn on & off (via the included optical audio cable). It was very easy to install on the wall & TV, and went up rather quickly. The only thing I will say that did bother me was that the first two or three times I had the unit move my TV up and down it popped rather loudly and the TV shook scaring me a good bit, but that hasn't happened since those first few times. Great product. I wholeheartedly recommend.
