(More customer reviews)Arrived on time. DVR is in the title, I'm not seeing this function. Channel skip seem functional but all at once seems to take a monitor with 4 inputs. Watch the print, It seems to misrepresent this product a little bit. Otherwise the product seems to be okay out of the box.
