We can all watch movies on our HD TVs retrieving from our WD portable Passport Hard Drives. The pictures are very clear and beautiful. However, quite a lot of times the remote control did not work. We had to unplug the unit and replug it to make it work. The menu screen tend to freeze on us. This has been bothering us...............
